DardyBar Restaurant based in Seattle, WA specialize in delicious and reasonably priced Ethiopian cuisine, including our house specialties and other customer favorites.
Culinary trends are not our focus. We rely on traditional dishes, changing and adapting only as a home cook might, always with an emphasis on fresh ingredients from the market or garden. Everything is made here: Focaccia and soups; pasta, puff pastry, pierogi and pickles; ice creams, cakes, and pies. Our most appreciated compliment is when a customer recognizes “This is not restaurant food”.
Have a look at a sample menu. Although the menu changes with the season, this example gives you an idea of what to expect without taking away the fun of discovery. Main courses are served with a small green salad, vegetables and appropriate accompaniments. A full bar with reasonably priced wines by the glass and bottle is available.
